What is eMagazines?
eMagazines is a digital distribution magazine reading platform. We work with magazine publishers and their re-sellers to delivery the digital version of their magazine to their subscribers. You can think of us as a post office that delivers mail from other parties.
How do I access my magazines issues?
Please visit https://emagazines.com/account/login?plid=12 to login or establish your account. Once you have created your account, you will be able to use any internet connected device to access your digital library which includes all issues that have been sent to you thus far.
Additionally, as new issues are made available, you will be sent an issue notification email with a "Read Now" link that will take you directly to the current issue.
To make sure you always receive your email notifications, be sure to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are using Gmail and find an issue notification in your Promotions or Spam folder, please drag it to your Inbox so Gmail knows where to deliver your notifications. For more information, click here.
Does eMagazines have an app to download?
No. There is no app required to view your digital editions. Your digital editions can be viewed on any device (including smartphones, desktops, laptops, tablets, and more). There's no need to download an application on your phone to see digital editions. Just like Facebook, Snapchat and Google, you need to be connected to the Internet to view your digital edition.
Are my digital issues accessible on all devices?
Yes. Subscribers can view their digital magazines on any device via a web browser. That means any desktop, laptop or smartphone can access magazines quickly and easily.
When I click on the issue in my library, a new window for my library opens, not the issue. Can you help?
If you experience this, please ensure that cookies are enabled on your device, and try clearing your device’s cached browser history. This step should clear out any cached information that was blocking your issue from opening. If this still does not resolve the problem, please visit our support page and submit a ticket so we can look into it with our technical team.
I’m not receiving my issue notification emails with access links. Why?
If you haven't received your issue notification emails, check your junk or promotions folders. It's possible that the emails are going to your spam folder or your ISP is blocking the emails before they get to your email account. Please be sure to whitelist email@example.com.
Why does my issue say I’ve reached my limit on devices?
You can only view digital issues on up to five devices. Once you've reached this limit, the issue will be locked until you reset the account. You can reset locked issues by accessing your digital library and clicking on the cover image for the locked issue.
I’d like to stop receiving the issue notification emails, but I’m not canceling my digital Bloomberg subscription. How do I do this?
Each email from eMagazines will include an “unsubscribe” link. You can use this to remove your email from our notification list without affecting your access to the Bloomberg digital issues. Even if you elect to stop receiving the issue notification emails, your digital library will continue to be updated with new issues for the length of your subscription.
If you can’t find the link in your email, or you have deleted your emails from eMagazines, simply reach out to us through our support page. We’ll be happy to take care of this for you!
I’d like to change the email address associated with my Bloomberg subscription. Can you help me?
Changing your email address for your digital subscription is a two step process. First, you will need to let Bloomberg know the new email address to ensure that all future issues of your subscription are sent to the correct address. After you have done this, please notify eMagazines of your new address by submitting a ticket here: https://emagazines.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide both the original email address and the previous one. This information will allow us to transfer your digital library and archive to the account associated with your new email address.
